When you call, an experienced medical staff member will take the needed information. You will be asked about the type of care that you need, when this care will be expected and the amount of time needed.
A Registered Nurse will make an appointment to come to YOUR home to assess YOUR needs. A Care Plan will be written that will be exclusive to YOUR needs. All the staff that comes to your home will follow YOUR PERSONAL Care Plan.

At Valley Home Health Care, LLC , we recognize the importance of trust and compassion. ALL our employees are screened by the FBI and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. RN's must have at least 1 year experience in their specialty. LPN's must have medication certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing. STNA's must have at least 1 year experience as an aide in a nursing home or hospital. Because you need someone to take care of an aging parent or loved one, it all starts with trust and confidence in people.
